The Inlaws move into top place in the league after their excellent 8-1 win over The Terriers as last seasons champions Counter Hitters lose 6-3 to Heacham Knights.
On table one Heacham Knights beat Counter Hitters 6-3 with Kevin Saunders and super sub Bob Richardson both getting fine maximums. It was one win each for the Hitters Tony Trayford, Ian Rix and Paul Waterman over Reece Wells.
On table two a closer match when Hunnys Heroes edged home 5-4 over Adrian's Allstars. Alfie Yarrow had a great maximum and his support came from super sub Phil Ball who chipped in with 2 wins. For the Allstars Mick Minns had 2 wins while Mike Nobes and Charley Hammond both beat Mark Lees.
On table three The Inlaws were in great form as they beat The Terriers 8-1. Maximums for Stephen Jackson and Paul Barrett and 2 wins by Jim Race did all the damage. Graham Keeley got the single point with a win over Jim. There were 2 five enders and 4 four enders in this hard fought match.
