WEEK 6...MONDAY 11TH NOVEMBER 2024

Last night it was The Challenge Format and once again some great matches.
On table one it was The Terriers in great form as they beat Hunnys Heroes 8-1. Janice Howell kept a clean sheet for The Terriers and she had good support from both Graham Keeley and Stephen Hunt who both added 2.5 points. For the Heroes Alfie Yarrow and Kerry Smith managed 0.5 points each when they teamed up in the final doubles to beat Graham and Stephen.
On table two a much closer result when Heacham Knights edged home 5-4 against Adrian's Allstars. No player could keep a clean sheet. The Knights Mick Forth and Kevin Saunders both added 2.5 points for their 5 points. For the Allstars Mike Nobes top scored with 2 points, super sub Stephen Jackson added 1.5 points and Mick Minns chipped in with 0.5 points.
On table three the big win for Counter Hitters when they beat league leaders Coastal Crusaders 7-2. The Hitters new signing Finlay Hewson continues his good form going unbeaten on the night. Ian Rix added a further 2.5 points while Tony Trayford added the final 1.5 points. Bob Richardson top scored for the Crusaders with 1.5points and Phil Ball added the final 0.5 point.
Counter Hitters now go top of the league on 30 points while Coastal Crusaders drop to second place on the same 30 points.
Next Monday back to the Normal format.
