WEEK 21...MONDAY 13TH APRIL 2026

Well the final league matches were played last night with the league title so very close between last year's champions Counter Hitters and this seasons surprise team The Inlaws.

In the end the Hitters retained the title with a 7-2 win over Adrian’s Allstars. Finlay Hewson had another maximum and completes the season with a 100% record. His support came from Ian Rix and Tony Trayford who both had wins over Charley Hammond and Mike Nobes. For the Allstars it was 2 wins for super sub Alfie Yarrow who stood in for Mick Minns who has his wife in hospital and I would like to wish Val who has had a rough time a speedy recovery and that she is soon back home.

On table one was the other big match between Heacham Knights and The Inlaws and it was a 6-2 win for The Inlaws and they secured runners up spot just 5 points behind Counter Hitters. For The Inlaws it was 2 wins each for Paul Barrett, Jim Race and Stephen Jackson. However as on many occasions this season the player of the match came from the losing side when the Knights Kevin Saunders had a great maximum to gain all his teams points.

On table two Coastal Crusaders had a 6-3 win over The Terriers and they finished in third place in the league. Maximums for both Jeff Chung and Bob Richardson did all the damage. For The Terriers it was a win each for Graham Keeley, Janice Howell and Eileen Needham over Richard Loades Wiffon.

That completes this years league fixtures but all the end of season competitions are now to be played and dates are listed below.te when the draw has been completed.
