Alfie in action

So Alfie Yarrow thought he would be playing for Wymondham in his first National Cadet League match but in fact played for Wensum. Their team are in division one of the National cadet league. He played superbly well winning 6 out of 7 matches helping his team to 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. He has now been invited to attend training at Wensum which a proud Dad Rob said he will make sure he does and again made the following comment

“Once again I must draw attention to the fact that the Heacham league has everything to be proud of with his progress. People giving him a game rather than wiping the floor with him when he first started has encouraged him to be where he is now”.

Alfie was playing against teams from Bedford, Ipswich, Colchester and Chelmsford. Well done Alfie keep it up!
