WEEK 4...MONDAY 28TH OCTOBER 2024

Last night was the Challenge Format and we had close and not so close results.
On table one was the very close result with a 5-4 win for The Inlaws over Adrian's Allstars. No player could keep a clean sheet. Jeff Race was in good form for The Inlaws with 2 points and his support came from Stephen Jackson and Jim Race with 1.5 points each. For the Allstars Mick Minns was the star with 2.5 points and his support came from Mike Nobes with 1.5 points.
On table two it was a 6-3 win for Counter Hitters over Hunnys Heroes again no player could keep a clean sheet. For the Hitters it was equal shares for Paul Waterman, Ian Rix and Tony Trayford all adding 2 points. For the Heroes Alfie Yarrow had 2 wins while Dad Rob added a point.
On table three we had a rare 9-0 win when the Coastal Crusaders team of Leigh and Melissa McDonald and Bob Richardson all kept clean sheets. On the receiving end was Heacham Knights whose team of Kevin Saunders, Sam Pishorn and Ollie Loades just could not manage to get a point on the score sheet.
At this very early stage Counter Hitters go top with 23 points close behind them are Coastal Crusaders on 21 points then a big gap in points as The Inlaws in third place are on 14 points as are Hunnys Heroes.
Next week it is the Normal Format of 9 singles.
