WEEK 13...MONDAY 8th JANUARY 2024

Well we are back for the second half of the season and I hope everyone had a great Christmas and we all have a healthy and happy 2024.
Last night it was the normal league format and on table one Heacham Knights got off to a good start with a 6-3 win over Adrian's Allstars. For the Allstars it was a win each for Mick Minns, Trevor Mason and Mike Nobes over Chris Griggs. For the Knights it was maximum starts for both Mick Forth and Kevin Saunders.
On table two The Inlaws had a good 6-3 win over Counter Hitters and this moves them up into second place. All The Inlaws side of Stephen Jackson, Jim Race and Aaron Jackson each had two wins for their six points. Star of the match came from the Hitters Paul Waterman who had a fine maximum.
On table three it was another win for league leaders The Terriers as they beat Coastal Crusaders 6-3 and increased their lead at the top of the table to 14 points. Benji Richardson was the player of the match with a great maximum which included a hard fought five end win over the Crusaders Leigh McDonald. He had good support from Graham Keeley, 2 wins, and Barry Lemel with one win. For the Crusaders Leigh had two wins and Bob Richardson one win.
Next week it is the Challenge Format.
