WEEK 13...MONDAY 9TH FEBRUARY

Firstly sorry for the later than usual website update but with Stephen away for three weeks on a well deserved holiday we are very grateful for his son Aaron taking up the challenge and looking at how some of the original scorecards were filled in it was a challenge!
On table one Hunnys Heroes had a narrow 5-4 win over The Terriers. Alfie Yarrow kept a clean sheet while Dad Rob added 1.5 points and Mark Lees chipped in with the final 0.5 point. For The Terriers Graham Keeley 2 points and Stephen Hunt and Eileen Needham both added 1 point.
On table two another close 5-4 result going the way of Heacham Knights over Adrian's Allstars. No player went unbeaten  and it was 2.5 points each for the Knights Kevin Saunders and Mick Forth. For the Allstars Mick Minns 1.5 points, Charley Hammond 1.5 points and Mike Nobes 1 point.
On table three Counter Hitters continue their challenge to retain the top spot they won last season when they moved into second place just 1 point behind league leaders The Inlaws. So a big 7-2 win over coastal Crusaders. Once again it was Finlay Hewson who came away with another unbeaten display while Paul Waterman and Tony Trayford both added 2 points. For the Crusaders Bob Richardson 1 point and Phil Ball 1 point.
