Last night it was the normal league format and all three matches finished up with a 6-3 score.
On table one it was second place Coastal Crusaders who lost valuable ground in the chase for the title when they went down 6-3 to Adrian's Allstars. Super Sub Ian Rix top scored for the Crusaders with 2 wins their only other point came from a win for Bob Richardson over Mike Nobes. For the Allstars it was Mick Minns in maximum mood for 3 points. Charley Hammond added a further 2 points while Mike Nobes chipped in with a win over Phil Ball. The Crusaders are now 8 points behind league leaders Counter Hitters who had a free week this week.
On table two Heacham Knights beat The Terriers 6-3 and it was Mick Forth who led the way with maximum. His support came from Kevin Saunders with a win over Eileen Needham. Sam Pishorn had a good match adding 2 points with wins over Janice Howell and Eileen. Graham Keeley added 2 points for The Terriers and Janice had a win over Kevin.
On table three yet another 6-3 result when Hunnys Heroes got the better of The Inlaws. No player could keep a clean sheet. For the Heroes it was 2 wins each for Alfie and Rob Yarrow and Kerry Smith. While for The Inlaws Stephen Jackson added 2 points and Jim Race chipped in with a win over Kerry.
