22...MONDAY 24TH MARCH 2025
Although Coastal Crusaders had a 6-3 win they still lost ground as
Counter Hitters had a 9-0 win.
On table one the Crusaders trio of Leigh
McDonald, Bob Richardson and Phil Ball
all added 2 points in their 6-3 win over
Hunnys Heroes. For the Heroes Alfie
Yarrow got 2 points while Dad Rob added
the other 1 point for their 3 points.
On table two Counter Hitters showed no
mercy when they beat The Inlaws 9-0.
Paul Barrett, Jeff Race and Alexi Eon
found it just a step too far and could
not get a point on the scorecard. The
Hitters strong trio of Finlay Hewson,
Paul Waterman and Tony Trayford only
dropped 4 ends in the match,
On table three The Terriers beat
Adrian's Allstars 6-3, no player could
keep a clean sheet. Graham Keeley led
the way for The Terriers with 2.5
points, Janice Howell 2 points and
Stephen Hunt 1.5 points. For the
Allstars Mick Minns 1-5, Mike Nobes 1
point and Charley Hammond 0.5 point.

Below a message from Jim and Stephen.
Good evening all. I have put out lists tonight for the end of season competitions.
If you have not filled your name in tonight don’t worry as I will bring them each week.
Dates are as follows:
Open singles qualifiers on 19th May and 2nd June (no TT on Bank Holiday Monday).
Handicap Singles qualifiers on 9th and 16th June.
Hard Bat Doubles qualifiers on 23rd June.
All finals to take place at Presentation Evening Monday 30th June.
If there are any of the qualifier dates for open and or handicap that you can’t play but can play the alternate date,
please state so against your name on form .
